8/1信用評等機構惠譽Fitch將美國債券評等從最高的3個A往下降一級成為AA+
目前世界最有公信力的信評機構有三個，一個是剛剛提到的惠譽FITCH另外兩個是標準普爾跟穆迪
以往美國長期債券都是最高等級3個A，但自從2008金融風暴重創美國經濟之後美國經濟一直是走下坡的
2011年標準普爾將美國的信用評等從最高的3A降到2A+，這次惠譽也把美國降到2A+之後就只剩下穆迪還是把美國維持在最高等級3A
